Recipients of the email templates should seek professional or legal advice for their specific circumstances.

3. Recipient Information

3.1 Required Information. To access the free email templates, the Recipient must provide their email address and full name.3.2 Consent to Receive Communications. By providing this information, the Recipient consents to receive communications regarding the email templates and other templates that can assist in business operations enhancement.

4. Template Details

4.1 Modification and Customization. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the email templates should be treated as a starting point and customized to align with the unique requirements of their business.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Provider Ownership. The Provider holds all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the email templates.5.2 No Authorization for Transfer. The Recipient is not authorized to claim ownership of the email templates or to transfer any of the rights associated with it without the explicit consent of the Provider.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 Acceptance of Risk. The Recipient assumes all risk and responsibility associated with the use of the email templates and agrees not to hold the Provider liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

7. Entire Agreement

9.1 Consists of Agreement and Privacy Policy. This Agreement, together with the Recipient's Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
